We moved doctors due to a house move, well i'm so impressed. So easy to make an appointment. Receptionists very helpful. Very clean. Doctors are thorough, informative and proactive in ringing the evening with results etc..... Cannot rate this surgery high enough.

After several problems with mine and my spouses monthly prescriptions we did consider changing surgeries.As they now seem to have been resolved we are happy to stay at this surgery. We have been patients at this surgery for my spouse 40 years and myself 65 years. We cannot speak to highly of the doctors especially Dr Marshall whose dad was my doctor from birth. My mother and father were patients at this surgery and recieved excellant care all of their lives. The addition of nurses has helped to keep waiting times to a minimum.

The receptionists are always willing to help and more often than not know who you are (always a bonus!). The Doctors are all approachable and available and listen to what you have to say.

Having moved from another local surgery where accessing the service was problematic, I am impressed by the service offered by Mocketts Wood. From the outset the support staff nurses and GP's have all shown a real commitment to my health needs. Informality and a friendly approach is balanced with a real commitment to providing a high quality medical service. The use of patient access makes the appointment process and repeat prescriptions very straightforward
